SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We at Happytoebox know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

 

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 5-10 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 100/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 1300/-

  • Shipping fees / Cash on delivery charges are not refundable should a purchase be returned or exchanged.

  • All prepaid orders above Rs.1300/- are eligible for Free Shipping. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs.150/- will be applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders irrespective of order value.

  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. IST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

  • For order protection, a customer signature may require upon delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

For all other countries we have tied up with the best logistic partners like FedEx, DHL and Aramex to provide you with the most reliable and efficient service. 

  • International Orders take around 10-15 days depending on the protocol & norms of the country after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • We accept all international credit and debit cards. Simply choose credit card at the time of check out. This is the simplest way to complete your transaction. 

  • An alternate payment option is PayPal. You can select this at the time of check out as well. Once we get an order confirmation email, we will send you an invoice (on the email id provided) for the same. 

  • Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

  • No refunds will be provided.

  • Only prepaid facility is available for International Orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available for International orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION BY US:

  • Happytoebox.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

 

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our team within 24 (Twenty Four) hrs of placing the order. Please send an email to customercare@happytoebox.com with your order number in the subject line. You can also send a WhatsApp on: +91 7011087918.

  • The amount paid will be transferred as store credit or a credit note but not as a refund. The same can be used to make a fresh purchase/order through the website.

  • We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 hours from making the order.
