EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Easy Returns & Exchange:
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 3 days from the date you received it.
If you require a return or exchange, Happytoebox should be notified via email at email@example.com or Phone or WhatsApp on +91-7011087918 within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please fill out the exchange & return form to start the process. Our customer care team will get in touch within the next 24-48 hours with the exchange process.
In case of an exchange, you will have to courier the product back to us. To & fro shipping charges of exchange must be borne by the customer. This cost will not be borne by us. To ensure a perfect fit, we request you to check your size against our size chart. You may take help from our ‘Know your shoe size’ section at the bottom of the page.
In case of a return, you will have to courier the product back to us. This cost will not be borne by us.
If you require a pickup facility, we will arrange for the same provided you pay the courier cost (it can be paid via paytm, google pay, bank transfer) whichever is easier.

Eligible for Return /Exchange:
Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it. As worn items are non-refundable, we recommend trying the shoes on in a carpeted area, as this will preserve the sole of the shoe.
It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Exchange can only be possible for different size of the same style purchased. Exchange for different style is not accepted. If a size is unavailable, you may choose another product from our collection in your size. The different in a higher amount will be borne by the customer. The difference in a lower amount will be foregone.
Free gifts to be returned - You may receive a free gift with some product purchases. In case of product exchanges or returns, please make sure to send back these gifts. Happytoebox will not refund or exchange the product without the free item in any case.
Notification within 3 days - In case you wish to return or exchange the product for any reason, Happytoebox should be notified via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Phone or WhatsApp on +91-7011087918 within 3 days of receiving the product. Each customer is requested to send us photographs of the problem with the footwear so our team can assist you better.
Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
We DO NOT provide REFUNDS.
All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 3 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.
HOW TO USE CREDIT NOTE:
Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page.
Once you reach the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'.
You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your discount amount given.
If there are any issues in using the credit note code please contact our customer care team and they will be of assistance.
