HOW TO ORDER

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We have taken every step to ensure that your shopping experience at Happytoebox.com is as convenient and as intuitive as possible.

 

  • Your main guide to browsing the collection is the online store www.happytoebox.com where we have listed the entire collection except otherwise exclusive collections meant for Offline, Social Media & Collaborations.

  • In order to add items to your shopping cart and make a purchase, you need to establish an account, where you can enjoy value added features by creating your own account on happytoebox.com

  • To set up an account, go to Log In and follow the steps.

  • While browsing, please note when you are in Shop Store (Shop All Pages like Shop ,Shop All, Categories , New Collection , Sale etc.) you will have to click on Home or Our Story to return to a new page in Shop. For example : If you have clicked on New collection and while browsing you want to see sale items , you will not be able to click on Sale directly , you will have to first click and go on Home and then click on sale to access the sale products. 

  • When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart, you need to check the colour, size (if these attributes are applicable) and quantity. Then click on the Add to Cart button.

  • At the top menu there is a cart symbol, which will show how many items you have in your cart.

  • You may choose to continue shopping or checkout as per your requirements. If you change your mind and want to continue browsing you may do so at any moment during the checkout process.

  • You can continue to add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to Checkout.

  • Once you are ready, select the desired payment method and fill the necessary billing and shipping addresses. Make sure to review all the details closely and make the payment on the redirected window and Voila!!!! Your order is placed. Congratulations and Thank you for shopping with Happytoebox.com.

Just forward your basic details and we will confirm your order.

  • Size

  • Your full name

  • Shipping address

  • Pin code

  • Mobile number

  • Email Id

 

We accept paytm, google pay, bank transfer whichever is easier. The product will be dispatched only after we receive the payment confirmation.
 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your transaction is complete, all order details shall be sent to you on your Email Address or through an SMS if you have provided the mobile number during checkout.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the name of the courier, and the tracking number. You can visit the courier's website, and enter the tracking number should you wish to see where your shipment is.

We will send SMS and email notification at different stages of your order.
